At Social Realtr, we are committed to providing quality service, transparent policies, and clear expectations. By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Agreement to Month-to-Month Charges

  • All services are billed on a month-to-month subscription basis.

  • Charges recur automatically based on the plan selected at signup.

  • Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable once billed, except in cases of proven billing error.

2. Service Packages & Inclusions

A. Legacy Package (Discontinued)

  • Proactive content creation (graphics, captions, short-form videos).

  • No client input required—content delivered hands-off.

B. Video Package (Active)

  • On-demand graphics and video content, created only after clients submit required assets (e.g., raw video, branding).

  • Delays in asset submission may delay delivery; this does not qualify for refunds or credits.

Service Inclusions (All Packages):

  • Listing graphics (Just Listed, Just Sold, Open Houses, Promotions)

  • Event promotions & local spotlights

  • Testimonials & brand-building content

  • Social media graphics (single, carousel, collage)

  • Short videos (<3 minutes) with minimal edits and captions

  • Captions and suggested hashtags

Not Included Unless Approved Separately:

  • Newsletters, banners, flyers, or other traditional marketing materials

  • YouTube thumbnails, podcasts, or long-form video*

*We can deliver long-form video editing upon requests. Additional charges may apply.

  • Photo manipulation or heavily-edited video

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide Assets (Video Package only): Timely submission of raw footage, branding, and event details is required.

  • Branding Preferences: Clients must provide logos, fonts, and guidelines upfront.

  • Feedback & Approval: Revisions must be requested within allocated limits. Delayed approvals may lead to outdated content, which will not be replaced.

  • Communication: Respectful, professional communication is expected at all times. Accounts may be terminated without refund in cases of abuse, harassment, or threats.

  • Monitoring: Clients must monitor their accounts to ensure posts publish correctly and remain connected to our scheduling platform.

4. Collaboration & Communication

  • Each client works with a dedicated account manager.

  • Communication is handled via dashboard, live chat, or email (no phone support).

  • Deliverables must be approved promptly. Lack of response for 30+ days voids revision rights for that batch.

  • Social Realtr will store deliverables for up to 3 months. Clients are responsible for saving their files.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be requested at least 5 days before the next billing cycle.

  • To cancel: log in, start a chat with customer support, and complete the short exit interview.

  • No prorated refunds for early cancellation. Charges already processed are non-refundable.

6. Refund Policy

  • No Refunds: All payments are final once billing begins, except in cases of proven billing error.

  • A 14-day free trial is offered prior to billing. After trial, services are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are not issued for:

    • Lack of satisfaction (we offer revisions instead).

    • Client delays or missed approvals.

    • Inability to connect accounts (manual posting option available).

    • Platform issues, disconnections, or removals by third-party sites (e.g., Facebook, Instagram).

  • If Social Realtr fails to deliver at least one piece of content in a billing cycle, the client may request a credit, not a refund.

7. Results & Performance Disclaimer

  • Social Realtr provides creative content services only.

  • We make no guarantees regarding engagement, leads, sales, or growth, as these depend on many external factors outside of our control.

8. Credit Card Disputes

  • Payments are presumed accurate unless disputed within 14 days.

  • Disputes result in immediate suspension of service and deletion of all deliverables.

  • If a dispute is won against us despite clear policy terms, the client will be invoiced for the disputed amount plus fees. Nonpayment may result in collections and credit reporting.

9. Confidentiality Agreement (NDA)

  • Clients may share sensitive business information with us.

  • Social Realtr commits to keeping such information secure and confidential.

  • Information is only used for service delivery and not disclosed unless required by law.

  • Confidentiality obligations extend for two years after service termination.

10. Indemnity

Clients agree to indemnify Social Realtr from any claims, damages, or liabilities related to:

  • Assets provided (e.g., copyrighted materials, trademarks).

  • Third-party platform issues (suspensions, account loss, removed posts).

  • Any misuse of content outside our intended service delivery.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Social Realtr’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the previous one month of service.

  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

12. Policy Updates

Social Realtr reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting to our website.
