General Policy
- By subscribing, you agree that all services are non-refundable.
- Our work involves personalized digital services and manual creative labor, which cannot be returned.
- Social Realtr is a low-cost subscription service (not a full-service agency). You can cancel anytime, but payments already made are not refundable.
- This is not a “pay only if you like it” service. We provide deliverables based on your brief, feedback, and revisions. While we will implement revisions, we do not guarantee satisfaction, results, growth, or engagement.
- Subscriptions reserve team capacity for you. Not using the service does not qualify for a refund.
Deliverables
- We do not issue refunds for dissatisfaction but will provide revisions.
- Once deliverables are approved, they are final and no further changes are allowed.
Cancellation
- You may cancel anytime via sending us an email or text.
- No prorated refunds are given for early cancellations.
- Charges made before cancellation are non-refundable, even if forgotten.
Renewals
- All subscriptions auto-renew monthly.
- Renewals are non-refundable, and you are responsible for all deliverables owed for that billing cycle.
Results
- Creative content is only one factor in business outcomes.
- We cannot guarantee business results since success depends on many factors outside our control.
Onboarding & Sign-Up
- Not completing the onboarding questionnaire does not qualify for a refund. Payment may be converted into service credits instead.
- Refund requests immediately after onboarding are not valid, as work begins right away.
Technical Issues
- Posting and scheduling are free, value-added features. Refunds are not issued for technical issues.
- If accounts cannot connect, you may download and post content manually.
- We are not liable for platform restrictions (e.g., disabled accounts, industry-related post removals).
- Ultimately, you are responsible for ensuring your accounts remain connected. Missed posts caused by disconnects do not warrant refunds.
Mistakes
- While we maintain high quality standards, occasional errors may occur.
- Refunds are not issued for typos, incorrect information, or scheduling errors. We will, however, correct or recreate posts if needed.
Delays
- Refunds are not issued for delays caused by Social Realtr or the client.
- If delays are on our side, we may adjust billing dates.
- If clients delay (e.g., not submitting questionnaires or feedback), billing continues as scheduled.
- After 30 days without feedback, revision rights expire.
Resellers
- If your client does not pay you, we do not issue refunds for services already delivered.
Credit Card Disputes
- By subscribing, you agree not to dispute payments covered under this policy.
- Disputes result in all deliverables being deleted and services suspended.
- If you win a dispute against our policy, you will be invoiced for the full amount plus any fees. Nonpayment may result in collections and credit reporting.
Blackmail & Threats
- We do not tolerate threats, blackmail, or review manipulation to bypass this policy.
- Such actions may result in legal action, review removal, or account termination.
